Servant Leadership Through Speaking, Coaching, and Training 

The goal of  Irons Group, LLC  is to develop servant leaders through a series of personalized training,  workshops, and coaching to assist individuals and organizations in becoming their authentic selves. 

In 1990, fourteen-year-old Cherise Irons emigrated from the island of Jamaica to the United States. She was raised by a single mother who had high expectations and demanded academic success. 

 

Cherise was encouraged to be a woman of integrity, persistence, and drive. Cherise has survived the loss of a parent, living in a group home with her son, and multiple health issues. She derives her strength from her faith and family roots. Cherise has had many accomplishments in her life, but her son Noah is her greatest.

Cherise Irons has been an educator for sixteen years in the public school system and has held a variety of leadership roles, including Department Chairperson, and Assistant Principal. 
 

In the 2014-2015 school year, Cherise was chosen by the Maryland State Department of Education to participate in its new prestigious program called, the Governor's Promising Principals Academy. She was also awarded a citation by Nassau County Executive in 2009 for her accomplishments.

CHERISE IRONS 

Cherise is a  Maxwell  Leadership Certified team coach, speaker, and trainer. Her goal is to develop strong servant leaders who will identify and share their gifts with the world by leaving a legacy for future generations.

Tailored for small groups of 8-10, this complimentary MASTERMIND will guide participants through John Maxwell's 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership. 

The Leadership Journey. This 12-month session is customized with goals and outcome objectives designed to meet a  company's needs and top priorities. 

Are you coachable? This signature course is designed to strengthen leadership skills and help individuals become their authentic self. 

Cherise Irons provides one-to-one coaching to help women bring balance to their lives and transition to other careers.

LEADERSHIP & COACHING

As an educator, Cherise Irons has a passion to see individuals succeed and grow.  As a Certified John Maxwell Coach and Speaker, she is committed to enhancing and developing servant leaders through One-On-One Coaching, Masterminds, and Workshops. 

This coaching session is designed to help participants craft their vision, identify the focus of their efforts, and build the life of their dreams.
